The Unleashed Life
Sara developed a love for dogs the second she saw light. Her affinity for creating recipes was born in the warm environment of home, cooking with her mom. That culinary passion morphed into a talent for creating unique cocktails as she honed her mixing skills working in the food and imbibing meccas of Savannah, GA and Southern Pines, NC. In her thirties, Sara began to target her enthusiasm for animals toward a profession, eventually becoming a nationally-certified canine trainer and new trainer mentor. Now those two loves, canines and cocktails, are a part of every day for Sara!
One evening while enjoying her libations and watching the sun set, Sara and her husband concocted the idea to not only document her delicious recipes, but combine them with stunning photography and a humorous take on keeping your four-legged friends in line. On that somewhat fuzzy night, Unleashed Libations was born!
Many furbabies have come and gone throughout Sara's life, but through Unleashed Libations, she was able to give the world a snapshot of the devoted companions that have walked alongside her.
Today, Sara spends a large portion of her time assisting dogs with retraining their humans, managing her pack of five, and engaging in entrepreneurial ventures in hopes of building enough capital to start a rescue ranch in the mountains of Northeast Georgia. Quite often, her and her husband's retreat serves as an inspiration for a new recipe meant to be enjoyed in the serenity so readily given by Mother Nature.
